Where We Ship From
Hikesity is operated by IBICA Technology Inc., based in Victoria, BC, Canada. Our products are manufactured in China and ship direct from our production facility to you — we do not route stock through a North American warehouse first. This keeps costs down and lets us pre-pay your import duties, but it does mean transit takes longer than a domestic parcel. Estimated times are below.
Import Duties & Taxes
All duties and taxes are pre-paid by us. Your checkout total is the final amount you pay — no customs invoice, no brokerage fee, nothing collected on delivery.
Order Processing
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer Free Shipping to Canada and USA on all orders.
For other countries, we offer free shipping for orders over $80 USD. For orders under $80 USD, $6.99 USD shipping fee will be applied.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
